In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information (e-mail and/or billing address/phone number) provided at the time the order was made or subsequently updated.
Prior to being shipped purchases can be canceled for a full refund net of any processing charges we incur from Gateway Providers (credit card processor, PayPal & et al) regarding your payment and / or your refund.
After being shipped you must wait until the package is delivered and then follow the procedure outlined on our Returns & Refunds Policy. Note: Do not open the package if it appears to be in tact to reduce the possibility for damage during the return shipment.
