Painted on a Gallery Wrap Canvas that does not require framing for display.

As you may have already noticed, I have this thing for painting paintings in my paintings and, this work is a prime example.

"Purple Room", painted in 2016, is an uncomplicated interior scene of a plain white Parsons table and two stool like chairs next to a bright window that - along with the color variations of the walls - focuses the viewer's eye on my simple "Flower Grid" color field work. I guess in terms of style, arguments can be made to categorize the entire work in several ways. My position - though I really don't give a you know what - is that it's a somewhat minimalist representation of a room with a huge painting.

Notes:
It's priced at standard which is a bargain if I must say so myself. So, if you like it buy it now because the price is likely to go up.
